1. Returns Eligibility

   • Sirf wahi products return honge jo unused aur original condition mein ho.

   • Packing, invoice ya bill saath lana zaroori hai.

   • Electrical items aur custom modification parts return nahi kiye jayenge.

2. Return Timeframe

   • Customer kharidari ke 7 din ke andar return ya exchange kar sakta hai.

3. Refund / Exchange

   • Refund sirf us surat mein hoga agar product defective ho ya wrong item deliver hua ho.

   • Dusre cases mein exchange policy apply hogi.

   • Refund processing ka waqt 3–5 working days hoga.

4. Non-Returnable Items

   • Special order, modification services, aur fitting charges non-refundable hain.
